With over thirty years of experience as a management consultant in the utilities sector, John has advised companies, regulators, and governments on sector transformation. His expertise lies in regulatory and commercial implementation, and he has played a pivotal role in developing market codes, with a particular focus on financial arrangements within the market.
John holds a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Manchester and an MSc in Mathematical
Modelling and Computer Simulation from Coventry University.
