Yasmin is Evident's Chief Financial Officer and a member of our Board. Yasmin oversees the Business Services department, which supports the business in the areas of finance, human resources, risk management, and audit. The department ensures that Evident Group drives cost efficiencies and that the company conducts its operations in a secure and controlled manner. As a member of the Board of Directors, Yasmin is responsible for overseeing the corporate strategy and direction of the company. She is accountable to the Board, along with the CEO, for the successful delivery and development of the services that Evident provides.
Yasmin has over 16 years of experience in the
Electricity Industry, working in finance, risk, and
internal audit. She is also a member of the Certified
Public Accountant (CPA) association and holds a Master
of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
